Project Information Review
Request, receive, and review all project information and documents received from client. - Project Location Research, determine correct County/City for plan submittal.
Review architectural and engineering plans in depth for knowledge of project to determine correct permits and documents that are required for obtaining permit for specific project.
Clarify all documents that are still needed from architect, engineers and the client to start the application process.
Document Completion & Submittal Process
Determine and confirm all necessary forms and documents needed from the County/City for submittal process per project specific scopes.
Prepare, Organize, and Complete the necessary forms and documents provided by the County/City for submittal process.
Communication with Client, Architects, Engineers, and Designers to ensure proper information is provided to ensure requirements are met for relevant codes, ordinances, and regulations.
Assist client with confirming permitting fee pricing and ensure the necessary payments are made to not delay submittal process.
Technical Review and Revision Process
Review all red lined documents made by the County/City and determine the action needed for the requested revisions.
Analyze and Review all revised documents prior to re-submittal process.
Resubmit necessary revised documents per the County/City requirements.
Follow up with County/City on timelines and eta's with Client updates.
Obtaining the Permit
Receiving and Reviewing the Approved Permits, finalizing the projects Electronic Folder System with all documents made and used during the submittal process
Project Handover - reviewing and delivering materials to Client
Miscellaneous
Trips made to City/County permitting services location for necessary payments and submittal documents - (2-4) trips included.
